I canali dell&#8217;olio dedicati vengono creati attraverso distanziatori tra dischi adiacenti, garantendo un raffreddamento altamente efficace e geometricamente prevedibile per tutta l&#8217;altezza dell&#8217;avvolgimento. <\/p>\n<p>Questa struttura \u00e8 utilizzata principalmente nelle <strong>applicazioni ad alta tensione<\/strong>, dove la combinazione di elevate sollecitazioni dielettriche, prestazioni di tensione impulsiva e resistenza meccanica alle forze di cortocircuito richiede una geometria dell&#8217;avvolgimento superiore alla struttura a strati. Gli avvolgimenti a disco possono essere realizzati con conduttori rettangolari o con cavi a trasposizione continua (CTC); la scelta del conduttore dipende dal livello di corrente e dai requisiti di perdita aggiuntiva di ogni progetto specifico. <\/p>\n<p>Grazie alle <strong>configurazioni dei dischi interlacciati<\/strong>, \u00e8 possibile aumentare in modo significativo la capacit\u00e0 in serie dell&#8217;avvolgimento. Questo modifica la distribuzione iniziale della tensione in condizioni di impulso da fulmine, avvicinandola alla distribuzione uniforme &#8211; riducendo la concentrazione di tensione nei dischi terminali e migliorando il margine di resistenza all&#8217;impulso sull&#8217;intero avvolgimento. <\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.6&#8243; Gli avvolgimenti a disco standard hanno una distribuzione iniziale intrinsecamente non uniforme, che concentra lo stress sui dischi di estremit\u00e0 della linea. L&#8217;interleaving riorganizza la sequenza di giri all&#8217;interno di ciascun disco per aumentare la capacit\u00e0 serie senza modificare i parametri elettrici dell&#8217;avvolgimento, avvicinando il coefficiente di distribuzione Kd a 1,0.
