Questa estrema densit\u00e0 di corrente rende inadatte le costruzioni convenzionali di avvolgimenti elicoidali o a strati: la sezione del conduttore necessaria per trasportare la corrente nominale non pu\u00f2 essere contenuta in un singolo strato elicoidale senza compromettere la stabilit\u00e0 meccanica e le prestazioni termiche dell&#8217;avvolgimento. <\/p>\n<p>La soluzione adottata per questa applicazione consiste nel produrre la bobina come un <strong>insieme di dischi con un numero limitato di spire, disposti assialmente e collegati in parallelo<\/strong>. Il collegamento in parallelo di pi\u00f9 dischi distribuisce la corrente totale tra la pila di dischi, riducendo la corrente per disco a un livello gestibile, mentre la disposizione assiale preserva la rigidit\u00e0 meccanica dell&#8217;avvolgimento contro le elevatissime forze elettromagnetiche radiali e assiali generate durante il funzionamento del forno, comprese le condizioni cicliche di cortocircuito tipiche del forno elettrico ad arco. <\/p>\n<p>I dischi sono separati da distanziatori dedicati che forniscono contemporaneamente un supporto meccanico, definiscono il gioco di isolamento tra i dischi e creano canali d&#8217;olio per il raffreddamento diretto della superficie conduttrice di ciascun disco.<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.6&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<h3>Nota tecnica<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Bilanciamento della corrente nei dischi in parallelo<\/strong> &#8211; L&#8217;equa distribuzione della corrente tra i dischi in parallelo si ottiene prestando molta attenzione alla simmetria delle connessioni tra i dischi (cavi e sbarre) e, se necessario, trasponendo i percorsi paralleli sull&#8217;altezza dell&#8217;avvolgimento. L&#8217;asimmetria di impedenza tra i percorsi paralleli &#8211; anche a livello di pochi microohm &#8211; genera correnti di circolazione che sovraccaricano i singoli dischi e riducono l&#8217;efficienza complessiva dell&#8217;avvolgimento.
