Tuttavia, le due applicazioni presentano una sfida elettromagnetica fondamentalmente diversa: nei trasformatori raddrizzatori, il <strong>contenuto armonico della corrente \u00e8 significativamente pi\u00f9 elevato<\/strong>. La corrente non sinusoidale assorbita dai ponti raddrizzatori inietta componenti armoniche dominanti &#8211; 5\u00b0, 7\u00b0, 11\u00b0, 13\u00b0 e oltre &#8211; nei conduttori degli avvolgimenti, aumentando le perdite per effetto pelle e per effetto di prossimit\u00e0 con il quadrato dell&#8217;ordine delle armoniche.  <\/p>\n<p>Per limitare le perdite e il surriscaldamento in queste condizioni, la soluzione adottata \u00e8 l&#8217;utilizzo di <strong>cavi trasposti senza carta (Cordex)<\/strong>. Il Cordex elimina l&#8217;isolamento in carta tra i trefoli, riducendo la struttura radiale totale di ogni bobina, mentre la trasposizione continua dei singoli trefoli equalizza il collegamento di flusso tra tutti i subconduttori, sopprimendo sia le correnti circolanti che le perdite per effetto pelle alle frequenze armoniche. <\/p>\n<p>Le bobine sono <strong>avvolte elicoidalmente l&#8217;una sull&#8217;altra e separate da canali per l&#8217;olio creati attraverso distanziatori<\/strong>, formando bobine multiple disposte assialmente e collegate in parallelo. Questa struttura combina la compattezza della geometria elicoidale con la capacit\u00e0 di trasporto della corrente richiesta per il raddrizzatore e fornisce un accesso diretto all&#8217;olio sulla superficie del conduttore di ogni bobina per un&#8217;efficace gestione termica delle perdite armoniche. <\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.6&#8243; Il progetto conferma che l&#8217;aumento di temperatura sotto il carico fondamentale e armonico combinato rimane all&#8217;interno della classe termica nominale del sistema di isolamento. LV-RTMotivazione del progettoCome gli avvolgimenti LV dei trasformatori di forno, anche gli avvolgimenti LV dei raddrizzatori sono caratterizzati da tensioni inferiori a 1,5 kV e correnti dell&#8217;ordine delle decine di kiloampere. Tuttavia, le due applicazioni presentano una sfida elettromagnetica fondamentalmente diversa: nei trasformatori raddrizzatori, il contenuto armonico della corrente \u00e8 significativamente pi\u00f9 elevato. La corrente non sinusoidale assorbita dai ponti raddrizzatori inietta componenti armoniche dominanti &#8211; 5\u00b0, 7\u00b0, 11\u00b0, 13\u00b0 e oltre &#8211; nei conduttori degli avvolgimenti, aumentando le perdite per effetto pelle e per effetto di prossimit\u00e0 con il quadrato dell&#8217;ordine delle armoniche. Per limitare le perdite e il surriscaldamento in queste condizioni, la soluzione adottata \u00e8 l&#8217;utilizzo di cavi trasposti senza carta (Cordex). Il Cordex elimina l&#8217;isolamento in carta tra i trefoli, riducendo la struttura radiale totale di ogni bobina, mentre la trasposizione continua dei singoli trefoli equalizza il collegamento di flusso tra tutti i subconduttori, sopprimendo sia le correnti circolanti che le perdite per effetto pelle alle frequenze armoniche.
